Here are some possible reasons why your login failed:
On tablet/phone client:
1. Make sure your Splashtop Center account exists and is valid. Contact your IT manager to verify.

On Streamer system side:
1. Make sure your Splashtop Center account exists and is valid. Contact your IT manager to verify.
2. Make sure your client can access the Splashtop Center server. Contact your IT manager to verify.
3. Are Proxy settings required to access the internet? If so, enter the proxy settings into the Streamer - Settings tab. Then try again.
