I can't connect my tablet/phone to my computer.

Here are some possible reasons and suggestions for this issue:

1. Your tablet/phone can't access the Splashtop Center server.
2. Your Streamer computer can't access the Splashtop Center server.
3. Ports may be blocked.  Please check this link to modify the settings accordingly.
4. Sometimes the proxy or web filter will cause this.  Please enter the proxy server info into the Streamer -> Settings tab, or consult your IT department on how to set up the proxy settings.
