Here are some possible reasons and suggestions for this issue:
- Your tablet/phone can't access the Splashtop Center server.
- Your Streamer computer can't access the Splashtop Center server.
- Ports may be blocked. Please check this link to modify the settings accordingly.
- Sometimes the proxy or web filter will cause this. Please enter the proxy server info into the Streamer -> Settings tab, or consult your IT department on how to set up the proxy settings.
