The Downloads tab in SC web portal is available to all users who can access the Web Portal. It allows you or your users to conveniently download Streamers, Client Apps, an SSL Certificate; and may also contain pointers to the Apple and Google Play stores for the respective app downloads. The illustration below is an example for reference only.
if users have any problem to download streamer, Apps or SSL certificate, please make sure the IT Administrator have uploaded the file completely.
