System Requirements for Splashtop Enterprise:

Splashtop Center Server Requirements

  • Supported Operating Systems (32/64-bit version)

-         Windows Server 2008 R2 (Standard, Enterprise, DataCenter, and Web Edition)

-         Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2012 R2

-         Windows Server 2016

-         Windows Server 2019

       -         Windows Server 2022

-         Windows 7 (Professional, Enterprise, and Ultimate)

-         Windows 8

-         Windows 10

  • Software Requirements

-         Installer will bundle Java 7 by default

-         Requires Microsoft .NET 3.5 SP1 or later

-         Run with Administrator privilege

  • Hardware Requirements

-         Processor:   Intel Core i5 2.0 GHz or above

-         Memory:    8 GB or above

-         HDD:   20 GB or above

 

Client Requirements (client device)

  • Install Splashtop Enterprise app on iPad or iPhone

-         iOS version 7.1 or higher

  • Install Splashtop Enterprise app on Android device

-         Android tablet 3.1 or higher, Android phone 4.0 or higher, 

-         ARM v7 processor or nVidia Tegra.

  • Install Splashtop Enterprise client on Windows

-         OS:  Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, or 10

  • Install Splashtop Enterprise client on Mac

-         OS X:  Mac OS 10.7 or newer

  • Network connection

 

Streamer Requirements (host computer)

  • Install Splashtop Streamer for Enterprise on a desktop or laptop.
  • OS:   Windows XP (only on TLS1.0), Vista, 7, 8, or 10 - Windows Server 2008 R2 or newer - Mac OS 10.7 or newer
  • Processor: 1.6 GHz or faster dual-core CPU
  • Memory: 1 GB or above
  • Network connection

 

Network Requirements

  • One IP address and domain name:

If you need a cross-firewall remote session, please prepare a public IP address for the Splashtop Center, or set port forwarding from the public IP to private IP in your firewall.

  • One port: 

On-premise Gateway and Relay port:  443 (default)
Please make sure port 443 is not blocked by your firewall.

 

If there is any problem with Basic OS information, you will get a diagnostic code "0x00010001" when running Diagnostic tool.
