Access your logs

Logs page allow you to access to these logs originated by you, which means you can only see your own logs. 

 

You can access to these logs:

  • Remote Desktop: The remote desktop session logs.
  • File transfer: The file transfer session logs.
  • Chat: The chat session logs.
  • Remote Command: The remote command session logs.
  • SSH: The SSH session logs.
  • Support Sessions: The Service Desk support session logs.
  • History: Activity history logs.

Note: The CSV log accessible from the Splashtop Gateway web console interface retains data for the past 12 months only.
