Access your computers

Computers page shows the list of computers that have been assigned to you by Admin. You, as the user, can use Splashtop On-Prem client app to access to these computers.

  • Computer Name: It indicates the computer's name, which can be specified in the Splashtop Streamer's settings on that computer. 
  • Group: It shows the group that the computer is assigned to.
  • IP Address: It shows the computer's IP address.
  • Last online: It shows either online or the timestamp of the computer being offline.
  • Notes: It shows notes of the computer.
  • Column settings: The ellipsis menu in the upper-right corner of the table allows you to customize the columns. For example, to hide the "Notes" column, click the menu and uncheck the corresponding option.
  • Gear button: You can reboot the computer in the gear button drop down, or show a detailed properties of the computer.
  • Start Remote Session: The icon is to the left of the Gear button, and you can click it to start a remote session immediately.
  • Filters: You can filter your computer by groups or only show favorites.
  • Computer View/Group View: By clicking this button, you can switch computer view or group view.
  • Search: You can search particular computer in the search box. 

If you have not been assigned to any computers, you'll see the following empty list:
