Computer Inventory

System, Hardware, and Software Inventory can be viewed and exported from the web portal. 

View Inventory for one computer

Step 1: Log in to Gateway web console and navigate to My Computers or Management -> All Computers. For the computer you want to check System Inventory for, click the gear icon and select System Inventory.

Step 2: Select the action type (View snapshot/Compare snapshot/View changelog) and date for the snapshot that you'd like to check, then click the "Fetch" button. In the right panel, you can also choose different reports for System Inventory: System, Hardware, and Software.

View Inventory for all computers

  • As an Owner/Admin/Group Manager, log in to Gateway web console and navigate to Management -> Computer Inventory. The list shows the latest computer inventory, which users can view and export.
  • Clicking on any computer will pop up a full report for that computer.

  • Filters are available to help you view specific inventories, including group filter, time filter, column selector, and search.
  • Clicking the "Export" button will pop up a menu where you can export System/Hardware Inventory and Software Inventory to a CSV file.

Note: The column selector on the web console does affect the exported CSV file. The CSV file will include all hardware and software columns.
