When you connect to a remote computer with VNC protocol, you may run into errors like the following example screenshot. You can look up the detailed error reason in the following table with the error code shown on the Splashtop On-Prem app.
Error table:

| 0x00010002 | Incorrect username or password. |
| 0x00010003 | Connection lost. |
| 0x00011001 | Can not resolve the hostname. |
| 0x00011002 | Invalid VNC server. |
| 0x00011003 | Invalid encoding format. |
| 0x00011004 | Failed to initialize VNC connection. |
| 0x00011005 | Do not have permission to access this computer. |
| 0x00011006 | The remote computer encountered an unexpected error. |
