Introduction of the member's web portal

Splashtop On-Prem provides a web portal for users to access. Depending on user's role, if the user is member without admin permissions, the web portal looks like the following:  user_web_portal-en_US.png

With these functions on the navigation bar, user can: 

  • Computers: In the Computers page, user can see the computers that have been assigned to the user for access
  • Devices: In the Devices page, user can see a list of these authorized devices that Splashtop On-Prem app has been installed, from the app, user can access to their Computers
  • Logs: It allows user to access these logs belong to the user
  • Downloads: It provides user to download the Splashtop On-Prem app
  • Account: It provides user to change personal account settings, view calendar, and logout from the web portal
