Requirements:
- Team owner, all admins, and Technician members.
Step 1: Locate SOS customization
Log in to the Gateway web console and navigate to SOS -> Customize your SOS app.
Step 2: Customize your SOS
Click the "Customize" button to start customization.
| 📌 Note: For the Android support, it requires Gateway v3.40.0 or higher, and Android SOS v3.8.0.11 or higher. |
Once you have completed the theme setup, click the 'Next' button to continue.
Step 3: Download the theme file
Please make sure to download the theme successfully. Once completed, contact us with the theme file, and we will provide you with signed SOS apps.
Additional Notes
- Kindly ensure that the icon image is uploaded in ICO format only, as changing the file type may cause SOS to malfunction.
- Kindly note that animated effects are not supported for banner images uploaded in GIF format.
- Please note that customizations will be reviewed for compliance with the Terms of Service, and violations may result in team suspension.
