Splashtop SOS is the agent running on user's computer to allow technician to remote into the computer for support. It is an executable, user can download and run in-place, without installation.
Splashtop SOS running in the Windows/Mac user space, and the session will only be available when the SOS is running, closing the SOS app ends the session immediately.
Technician can elevate admin privilege pre session or during the session, with the admin privilege elevated, technician can handle UAC prompt and also normal and safe mode reboot.
Note:
When change SOS file name, please make sure to meet below requirements or the app may not work properly.
